Accepted payment methods<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We currently accept the following payment options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • MasterCard<\/strong> \u2013 credit and debit cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • PayPal<\/strong> \u2013 you can pay using your PayPal balance or linked bank account\/card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD)<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How payment works<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. At checkout<\/strong> \u2013 select your preferred method and enter the required details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Authorization<\/strong> \u2013 we verify the payment with your bank or PayPal. Your card may show a temporary pre\u2011authorization hold, but it will not be charged until your order is confirmed and ready to ship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Completion<\/strong> \u2013 the final charge is captured when we ship your item(s). If we cannot fulfill your order, we will release the hold and no funds will be taken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Payment security<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Our checkout is protected by SSL encryption<\/strong> to keep your financial information safe. We do not<\/strong> store your full card number on our system \u2013 all payment data is transmitted directly to our payment partners (Stripe\/PayPal) for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sales tax<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Ed Hardy Originals does not charge any sales tax<\/strong> on orders. The price you see is the final price you pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Payment failures<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or PayPal for any restrictions. We will notify you of the failure and ask you to provide an alternative payment method to complete your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Refund method<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method<\/strong> used at checkout. For example, if you paid via PayPal, the refund will go to your PayPal account. If you paid by credit card, it will be credited back to that card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Refund timeline<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      After we process a refund (within 1\u20112 business days of receiving a return), it typically takes 7\u201110 business days<\/strong> to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
