Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally or to Alaska/Hawaii?

A: No. We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destinations.

Q: Is shipping really free?

A: Yes. Free shipping is offered on all orders with no minimum purchase. No hidden fees.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Email us at info@edhardyoriginalls.it.com with your order number and reason. Within 1 business day, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the item unused in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location – no cost to you.

Q: What is your return window?

A: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping or a restocking fee?

A: No. We offer free returns and charge no restocking fee.

Q: How soon will I get my refund after returning an item?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. After that, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal.
