Accepted payment methods
We currently accept the following payment options:
- Visa – credit and debit cards
- MasterCard – credit and debit cards
- PayPal – you can pay using your PayPal balance or linked bank account/card
All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) .
How payment works
- At checkout – select your preferred method and enter the required details.
- Authorization – we verify the payment with your bank or PayPal. Your card may show a temporary pre‑authorization hold, but it will not be charged until your order is confirmed and ready to ship.
- Completion – the final charge is captured when we ship your item(s). If we cannot fulfill your order, we will release the hold and no funds will be taken.
Payment security
Our checkout is protected by SSL encryption to keep your financial information safe. We do not store your full card number on our system – all payment data is transmitted directly to our payment partners (Stripe/PayPal) for processing.
Sales tax
Ed Hardy Originals does not charge any sales tax on orders. The price you see is the final price you pay.
Payment failures
If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or PayPal for any restrictions. We will notify you of the failure and ask you to provide an alternative payment method to complete your order.
Refund method
Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. For example, if you paid via PayPal, the refund will go to your PayPal account. If you paid by credit card, it will be credited back to that card.
Refund timeline
After we process a refund (within 1‑2 business days of receiving a return), it typically takes 7‑10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
