Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ed Hardy Originals purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

What items can be returned?

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Products with quality or manufacturing defects are always eligible, regardless of wear condition (please provide photos).

What cannot be returned?

  • Items that have been altered, damaged by misuse, or washed.
  • Returns received after the 30‑day window.

How to start a return

  1. Send an email to info@edhardyoriginalls.it.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Within 1–2 business days, we will reply with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier’s location.

Return shipping cost – free

We provide a free return label for all eligible returns. You pay nothing for return postage.

Restocking fee – none

We do not charge any restocking fees. You receive the full purchase price back.

Refund processing time

After we receive your return, our team inspects the item within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Refund arrival time

Your bank or card issuer may take 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account. This timeline is outside our control.

If you need a different size or color, please contact us. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item while your return is in transit.
