Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destinations.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.
Delivery time
After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.
Shipping carriers
We work with a variety of reputable carriers (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional logistics partners). The carrier for your order is automatically selected based on your location and package size. Tracking information is provided by the assigned carrier.

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@edhardyoriginalls.it.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier’s tracking system.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. If you make an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed. Reshipment due to an incorrect address is at your own expense.
