Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Rates – Always Free

We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Carrier Selection

We partner with multiple reputable shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional couriers). The carrier for your specific order is selected at the time of dispatch based on your location and package size. You will see the carrier name in your tracking email.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking link for the system to show live updates.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@edhardyoriginalls.it.com. We will try to correct it before dispatch, but once the package leaves our facility, we cannot change the delivery route.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or full refund.

Taxes

We do not charge any sales tax on orders shipped within the United States.
